As secretary of state, I always put the public’s interests ahead of politics. Our office is efficient and effective and we’ve never allowed anything to distract us from providing the best service possible to the people of Kansas. As a result, we’ve increased our accessibility, helped protect Kansas consumers, and safeguarded the rights of every eligible voter.

I was honored when Gov. Mark Parkinson appointed me to the position of Kansas Secretary of State, but I haven’t finished everything I set out to accomplish. My entire career has prepared me for this job, and I look forward to having the opportunity to continue to serve you.
